Privacy and cookies

DeployIn is a forward-deployed AI engineering team in London. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit deployin.dev, email us or book a call. The short version: the site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, and we only hold the details you choose to give us.

Who we are

DeployIn, London. We are the data controller for the information described on this page. You can reach us at hello@deployin.dev.

What the site collects

Nothing directly. There are no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising on this site.

The provider that hosts the site keeps standard server logs, such as the IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and running. These logs are held for a limited period and are not used to identify you.

When you email us or book a call

If you email us or book a call, we receive what you give us: typically your name, email address, company and what you tell us about the work. We use it to reply, to prepare for and hold the call, and, if we go on to work together, to run the engagement.

Our basis for this under UK data protection law is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps before a contract where you ask us to. We keep correspondence for up to two years after our last contact, or for the life of the engagement plus our record-keeping period if we work together.

Bookings are handled by Calendly, and their privacy policy applies to the booking itself. Links to LinkedIn and GitHub take you to those sites, which have their own policies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the providers that run our email, calendar and hosting, under their standard terms, and only as needed for the purposes above. Some of those providers may process data outside the UK, with the safeguards UK law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email hello@deployin.dev and we will respond within a month.

If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, so there is nothing to accept or decline.

If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting any cookie that is not strictly necessary for the site to work. Third-party sites you click through to, such as Calendly, LinkedIn and GitHub, may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Changes to this page

We will update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and show the date of the last update at the top.
